This is a Sears home called the Clifton which looks remarkably like two houses in the area. The Peacock residence on North St. is however, an Aladdin House according to the owners. In addition, an identical house is located on the Brown's Tract Road in Thendara, the former Rodman residence. Sears & Aladdin architects often came up with similar designs for house plans.
